About Us

Many in Atlanta know Brian Lewis from his thoughtfully curated flavors and creations at Bocado and Bocado Burger. 
Having spent the past 25 years building restaurants throughout the southeast,  and having three sons at home, Brian has always placed importance in the quality of ingredients and food, especially when feeding his family. 
Quality in ingredients, crave-able tastes, and most importantly quick and convenient. Convenience without sacrificing quality. 

After working with various flours over the past decade, Brian developed a relationship with Italy based Le 5 Stagioni, which works directly with two families of millers. 

The difference in Bocado Pizza is the chewy, flavorful and crispy sourdough crust. Made without Sugar or Seed Oils. With a proofing process of 72 patient hours, each pizza is kneaded by hand to deliver an experience of a wood-fired Neapolitan pizza. 

With a base of flavors from the San Marzano tomato sauce and silky white bechamel, each pizza is crafted as an experience with luxurious cheeses and ingredients used to create gourmet meals.
